Cross Country - What a Stunning Day!

Wow! What an amazing day we had on Friday with the whole school giving it their all on the Cross Country course. In Te Kanawa's Marae, our Year 5's were first up - the boys, then the girls. It was a long way! 2.1kms through not only our school but the OLA site as well. Loads of the parents were there to support their children and everyone else. It was a wonderful event. Eadie was placed 2nd in the Year 5 race.
Then, after such a long wait, and the heat of the day very evident, our Year 4's took to the course and what a race! Zoe took out 2nd place for the Year 4 girls. Yay!
The whole class had a happy morning and they were fantastic cheerleaders and support crews for their younger siblings, friends, and buddies.

A sea of blue, red, yellow, and green!
